Cody Bornemann, PT, DPT

Biography

Cody graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Governors State University after completing his Master’s in Exercises Physiology, as well as his bachelor’s in science at Northern Illinois University. Cody is a movement optimist with passions residing in orthopedics and sports medicine. He believes the human body is strong, adaptable, and wants to get you back to doing the things you love.
