Great staff and always helpful. I would give them four stars except it can take several weeks to get an appointment.

NP Gaston was a professional in all respects. Attentive and thorough. Concerned and helpful. Prayed at the end of the appt and that was comforting and thankful.

Dr Brown was extremely knowledgeable, polite and very attentive to my problem. She immediately diagnosed my issue and explained the treatment process. I am so glad that I chose her for my treatment!

Hunter was great and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him highly. I didn’t like the fact that I went in with knee and back issues, but they would only treat one—the knee.

They took great care of me after my thumb injury.

All glory to our heavenly father Jesus which we prayed before going. From the reception in front office to the nurses to the Dr Vaughn I was exceptionally happy with the service. Especially Dr. Vaughn he was very thorough and even drew visuals (which i'm a visual learner)to help me understand my ankle and the structure of my tear. He helped me feel comfortable and confident on the care and continued care of my ankle.

I’ve never been to the Murfreesboro on Medical Pkwy location until my sister informed me of the walk in clinic. Cassie was friendly and helpful when I registered. She was accommodating with my 4 yo who was particular about what kind of coloring pages he wanted and when the boxes of crayons weren’t complete she offered him a full one. 🙂I’m sorry I didn’t get the young lady’s name who called me when it was my turn. She, too greeted me with a smile and friendly and was helpful with some questions I had after my appointment. Storm, the PA treated my injury tenderly and carefully. Lol, I didn’t like the diagnosis, but that’s the reason why came. Her insight concerning my injury was helpful in the next steps to take. The young man(sorry I forgot his name)who helped me with my post op shoes was informative and helpful as well. The young lady(I forget her name, too!) who checkout me was kind and understanding when my 4 yo was a little noisy with banging on her desk bc he was bored and ready to go. Thank you for having an efficient, super friendly(everyone that crossed path with us smiled or greeted us. I’m in customer service(30+ years) so I notice things like that)and accommodating place to walk in without an appointment!

My experience with Nicole Drollette, PA was Exceptionally Awesome! She carefully took her time to explain to me to where I could understand it fully what was going on with my knee. She even allowed me to call my wife and put it on speaker so she could hear her treatment plan for me as well. I couldn’t have asked for a better visit and this was also the first time that I got to meet her. We love, Dr. Routh as well. He done a complete hip replacement for me 2 & 1/2 years ago. And I have done well with it , at this point I do not know exactly what will happen with my knee, but we have a very good starting point with treatment. Nicole was a class act !! 10 out of 10. I Highly recommend these two!

Dr. Brown is Awesome. She is engaging, explains based on layman's term. And allows question to completely understand your visit. She did surgery on my husband about 4 years ago and his recovery was Awesome. It's still good to know that there are doctor's that treat you as people and not numbers. 😀

TOA took me as a patient when another doctor said there was nothing else he could do. Through diy home physical therapy and several injections, I have improved and plan on having full use of my hand. Nurse Kristina has been honest and encouraging, which is appreciated. I recommend TOA to anyone.
